The Civzu website is waitlist-only. Joining costs nothing, collects no payment details and creates no paid subscription. There is therefore no waitlist payment to refund. Prices on the pricing page are proposals and may change before checkout opens.
Before a paid order
When online sales open, the checkout will show the final price, tax, billing period, automatic renewal, cancellation method and applicable refund terms before you place an order. The terms presented for that transaction will govern the purchase, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.
Future Paddle transactions
We plan to offer Paddle as one payment option for online subscriptions. If your purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle is the seller of record, takes the payment and handles transaction refunds under its applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Check the terms displayed at checkout and keep your receipt. This page does not promise a fixed refund period or remove any mandatory consumer rights.
Requesting a refund or cancelling
For a future Paddle purchase, request a refund through the support link in your receipt or at paddle.net. Paddle's current buyer guidance also directs subscription cancellations through the buyer portal link in the receipt or paddle.net. Cancelling future renewal and obtaining a refund of an existing payment are separate requests; the terms applicable to your purchase determine their effect. Your legal rights
Consumer protection law may provide additional cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights, including where a product is defective or not supplied as described. These rights vary by transaction and location. Nothing on this page restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
