Scope
These terms apply to civzu.com and civzu.co.za, operated under the Civzu name. They cover browsing the site and submitting the waitlist form. They do not grant a desktop software licence or govern a paid subscription. If paid access becomes available, the applicable product and purchase terms will be presented before you place an order.
Waitlist and availability
Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create an account, reserve a subscription or price, guarantee an invitation, or give immediate product access. This site currently has no checkout, takes no payment details and offers no application download. We use the details you submit to contact you about launch availability as explained in our privacy notice. You may ask us to remove your waitlist details by emailing admin@civzu.com.
Using the site
Provide only information you are entitled to share and do not submit project files, credentials or sensitive engineering data through the waitlist form. Do not interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully. You may browse and link to the site for your own evaluation of Civzu.
Product information and engineering judgment
Features, availability and prices described here may change before sales open. Illustrations and example projects are explanatory and are not a substitute for a live product evaluation. Site content is general product information, not engineering design, a code-compliance determination or professional advice. Qualified people remain responsible for checking source data, calculations and designs before relying on them.
Future purchases
Any future online subscription will show its final price, billing interval, renewal and cancellation terms, taxes and applicable refund terms before checkout. We plan to offer Paddle as one payment option for online subscriptions. At a Paddle checkout, Paddle acts as merchant of record: the purchase is from Paddle under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, while Civzu supplies the product under the product terms shown at that time. Site materials and availability
Civzu and its licensors retain rights in the site's branding, text, artwork and software. Except as permitted by law, please seek permission before copying or republishing substantial site materials. We may change or interrupt the website. External sites linked here have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
